Yeah, I don't know how to (or if I can) make a template, so I was thinking maybe for clans it could be:

Then, if we begin creating pages for people…

Basic Info

Just a suggestion… Yeah, that's kind of it, for now…

To make a template you just have to edit the base URL so it looks like:

narutofangame.wikidot.com/template:templatename

I have added both the clans and basic info template. Also renamed your Uchiha clan page to be clan:Uchiha

Thanks Swan. Still trying to learn what I can and cannot do, I think I'll get the hang of it soon.
